Active Autowerke is proud to release the newest addition to our Signature line of exhaust systems. There has been an overwhelming demand for this system and we bring it to you with great pride.

After months of testing this system with 3” piping our engineering team decided that 3.5” piping is the most adequate size for a free flowing design. The increase in piping size decreases back pressure allowing the 135’s twin turbo to spool even faster resulting in increased horsepower and torque.
The incorporation of the noise cancellation chamber on the side of the exhaust reduces/eliminates drone.

This is a must for the 135 enthusiast .

Making POWER on the BMW N54 twin turbos effortlessly…

A turbo impeller wheel speed is mostly limited by the exhaust back pressure within the system. If one could eliminate some or most of this exhaust back pressure, the turbo will spool that much faster and effortlessly. The engine will rev that much faster, the target boost will be attained that much quicker, the throttle respone will be crisp and the effort will seem effortless by the engine.
This is what the Active Autowerke Signature down pipe system will achieve for your BMW E90, E92, E93 335i and 135i if installed.

The Active Autowerke Signature down pipe is designed with the intent to makes the most in power. The down pipes are created with the least amount of restrictions possible by utlizing a full 3.00" piping throughout with the least amount of bends and mostly straights where possible; that is impressive when compared to the factory diameter of 2.50". What you will experience is a faster, more responsive engine because the turbo impleller now has the ability to spool that much faster. The end result is more power.

For added duability, factory like suport braces are also implemented to alleviate stresses upon the turbos.
Made from 304 stainless throughout ensures a robust and durable exhaust that will provide trouble free performance with the longevity to match.

All flanges are 304 stainless with the 0.060" wall thickness ( ~1.5 m.m.

NOTE: The Active Autowerke Signature down pipe replaces the existing factory exhaust catalyst making this power upgrade not legal for highway use but is best suited for the race track or other off-road competitive events. The DPP (Down Pipe Patch) when installed may correct certain check engine lights on some models.
