The Active Autowerke E90/E92/E93 M3 Short shifter kit creates up to a 30% shorter throw than stock. Installation of the unit is a direct replacement of the factory unit and does not require any cutting. Our Active Autowerke Signature (8.25 oz) knob vs the (3.25 oz) BMW knob gives this system a true performance feel. Vibration absorbing material in this assembly reduces effort and maintains the OE feel. Precise engineering resulted in a less notchy feel during shifts than compared to the factory system. The short shifter kit is also available without the AA Signature knob for those who would like to keep their factory knob.
